When a corrupt businessman and the grotesque Penguin plot to take control of Gotham City, only Batman can stop them, while the Catwoman has her own agenda.

Gotham City. In questo episodio Batman deve fronteggiare il "Pinguino", una deforme creatura, il cui obiettivo é distruggere la città ed il suo protettore. Per portare a termine il suo compito, si farà aiutare da un esercito di pinguini e una banda di vandali. A questi si aggiunge poi Catwoman, incredibile e bellissima creatura, legata a Batman da un misterioso segreto.
