Text editing works like in Word:
just click, edit, and save. You don't have to mess around with conversion, which is great.
Conversion:
An algorithm is included for quickly and accurately converting PDFs to Word or Excel, CSV or PowerPoint, RTF, or Text formats. If you need an image, you can convert it to JPG or PNG. PDF/A is supported.
Page management:
You control the document structure; you can extract individual pages, reorder them, rotate them, and delete unnecessary parts. Inserting a page from another file is no problem, nor is replacing one with another.
Advanced features:
OCR is included in the database, and text recognition on scanned documents works well. Converts images into editable text, making it easy to fill out forms. File compression is available, allowing you to reduce file size without losing quality. Confidential information can be hidden.
Annotations and notes:
Highlighting, underlining, and strikethrough are available as separate tools in the toolbar. Text comments and notes can be added anywhere. Freehand drawing, arrows, and lines are all included, as in all reputable editors.
